We provide support for the automatization of Aceros Arequipa’s ACEDIM® services. TSC Innovation connects construction project schedule to structural BIM models which are directly connected to automatic production lines thus industrializing the production, delivery and assembly of reinforcement steel bars on time.

We also connect the supply and installation status of Aceros Arequipa to the BIM model in real time and customize the reports requested by the project.

We generate customized structural drawings from a BIM Model using structural design drafts.

This results in an approximately 30% reduction of the delivery time of drawings and removing a large part of the reprocessing caused by changes or subsequent definitions (interference with other engineering specialities). As an specific example, we control the ratio between volume and rebar weight of all structures modeled and represented on design drawings.

Experts in Arquitecture, Structures, MEP and other specialities are in charge of the model compatibilization of your project, previous to construction and using VDC methodology. Also, our experts will be part and often lead the Integrated Concurrent Engineering sessions in order to deliver a more specialized service.  We generate custom reports and documents linking them with file projecs.

We are world leaders in rebar detailing using VDC methodology. We use construction and manufacturing standards, according to the country where the project is located, generating the list of bars, drawings and reports from a BIM model. We give technology support to all technical proposals and project changes made on the ICE sesions.

Modeling, compatibilization, generation of assembly drawings and files for digital fabrication of steel structures. We lead the structural model to an integral project management.
